Camp Kubena Rental and Use Offerings

Cabin Side Rental (up to 16 people)

•  $450 per night

•  Includes pavilion, fire pit, fishing (poles are not provided and catch-and-release only), walking trails, horseshoes, gaga pit, nine-square-in-the-air, and volleyball courts.

•  Exclusive use is not guaranteed.

•  In-cabin staff is not provided.

•  Additional activities are available at an extra cost.

•  A non-refundable reservation fee of $150 per night is due at the time of the execution of the rental agreement in order to confirm the reservation. The fee will be applied to the total balance due.

•  A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $50 is due 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. A refund will be issued after the facility has been inspected at the end of the rental.

Parties, Family Reunions, and Other Limited Facility Use

•  4 hour minimum: $400 (additional hours at $80 per hour)

•  Includes Sternadel Hall, pavilion, gaga pit, nine-square-in-the-air, fire pit, horseshoes, volleyball

•  Time includes set up, take down, and clean up.

•  Additional activities are available at an extra cost.

•  A non-refundable reservation fee of $200 is due at the time of the execution of the rental agreement in order to confirm the reservation. The fee will be applied to the total balance due.

•  A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $150 for Sternadel Hall is due 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. A refund will be issued after the facility has been inspected at the end of the rental.

Limited Time Use for Meetings, Luncheons, Etc.

•  3 hour maximum - $80 per hour

•  Includes Sternadel Hall

•  Time includes set up, take down, and clean up.

Tent Camping

•  $15 per person per night

•  No water or power are provided at camp sites

•  Bathrooms and shower are located by the Sternadel Meeting Hall

Additional Activity Offerings:  Reservation fee of 25% for daily use only.

•  Pool – $30 per hour per 30 people. Minimum of 2 hours. (Included in 25 to 160 people group rentals)

 

•  Blob Pond – $60 per hour (Included in 25 to 160 people group rentals)

 

•  Swimming/Canoeing Pond – $30 per hour per 30 people (Included in 25 to 160 people group rentals)

 

•  Archery – $15 per person, minimum of 10

(Included in 25 to 160 people group rentals)

 

•  BB Gun Range – $15 per person, minimum of 10 (Included in 25 to 160 people group rentals)

•  Hayride – $100 per hour

(Included in 25 to 160 people group rentals)

 

•  High/Low Ropes Challenge Course – $35 per person – 10 person minimum ($20 per person for overnight groups)

 

•  High Ropes Challenge Course - $25 per person – 10 person minimum

($15 per person overnight groups)

 

•  Low Ropes Challenge Course – $20 per person – 10 person minimum

($10 per person overnight groups)

 

•  Arts and Crafts – to be determined by project

•  NaturEd (Outdoor Education) -  $30 per hour per 15 people (Included in 25 to 160 people group rentals)


•  Staff Led Nature Hike – $25 per hour  (Included in 25 to 160 people group rentals)


•  Programming Assistance – $50 per hour (can include games, icebreakers, schedule planning)


•  Campfire - $75 or $25 if other activities are scheduled (included for overnight groups)  (add s’mores for $2 per person)

Meals / Kitchen Use

•  Buffet Style meals - $7 per person per meal (minimum of 25 people) for overnight groups

•  Cost for meals for less than 25 people start at $9 per person per meal.

•  Limited time/day use group meal prices will be determined according to need.

•  Normal food service is: 8am breakfast, 12pm lunch, and 6pm dinner.

•  Menus will be presented to the group representative at least 10 business days before the event for approval.

•  The industrial kitchen is nut free.

•  Special menu requests and/or diets can be accommodated with prior notice and may add an additional cost.

•  Groups are allowed to bring their own snacks. (snacks can be provided at an additional cost)

•  Use of the Snack Shack Kitchen is included with the use of Sternadel Hall. It has a microwave, full size refrigerator, industrial sink, residential size stove and oven.

*For overnight groups that would like to prepare their own meals, the

industrial kitchen is available for rental for $50 per meal and a refundable

damage/cleaning deposit of $250.

•  Groups without overnight stays may rent the industrial kitchen for $100 per meal and a refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $250.

•  For groups renting the industrial kitchen to prepare their own meals the Renter must designate one person as Kitchen Manager who will be present during the preparation of all meals and who has a current Texas Food Handler Card, servsafe certification, or other approved kitchen safety certification.

•  All kitchen use must comply with all Texas health codes.
